Meet our team

Nestor is a founder licensed architect and urban planner from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism (FADU) at the National University of the Litoral (UNL) since 2015. He has a Master in Advanced Studies (MAS) Collective Housing & City (MCH) from the ETH and the UPM. He also got the Architecture and Technology program specialty from UTDT and now doing a Master in Architectural Design at the UNL. He is the director of Design Department and Urban Planning Department.

Nestor's background showcases a unique blend of creativity, vast academic experience, technical expertise, community bonds and leadership qualities. He has been a university professor in Structural Systems 1 at UNL from 2015 to 2023; he has participated in several architectural and urban competitions; he directed mathematical and parametric design workshops within many university research projects; he is President of the Social and Sports Club Unión Santo Tomé since 2019; and he has been urban project advisor of Santo Tomé City in 2022-23 and he is Director of Construction and Planning of the City Council of Colonia San José from 2013 onwards. 

Juan is a licensed architect who brings 15+ years of experience across Argentina, Brazil, Australia, and the US. His diverse portfolio spans residential, real estate, retail, and commercial projects. In recent years, Juan has specialized in modular, prefabricated architecture, and wood structures, offering innovative and sustainable solutions. Joined to Farqtory in 2024 as the director of Modular Construction and PM Coordinator. 

Beyond his architectural expertise, Juan has also ventured into the world of innovation and startups. He founded his own startup, "Triptalker," and has since established himself as a Mentor and Program Manager, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs in building their businesses, validating their ideas, and revolutionizing the market. Juan's unique blend of architectural expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and mentorship skills makes him an invaluable asset to Farqtory and the broader construction industry. His passion for innovation and sustainable design positions him at the forefront of shaping the future of architecture. 

Lisandro is a founder licensed architect, having graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism (FADU) at the National University of the Litoral (UNL) in 2015. He holds two leadership positions: Director of Fieldwork and Building Forces and Headmaster of Farqtory Colab Collaborators. He is a specialist in prefabrication and concrete construction. 

Lisandro brings a deep passion for materials and construction to the table. He's actively expanded his knowledge through various courses and workshops focused on material pathologies, ensuring a keen understanding of how materials function and potential issues. He leads engineering and architectural projects within a concrete prefabrication company and he had collaborated in the development of a prefab housing line. On a personal note, 2023 marked a joyful milestone for Lisandro with the arrival of his daughter, Helenita
