About us
Founded in 2013 in Santo Tomé, Santa Fe, Argentina, Farqtory is an architectural firm established by MCH Ms. Arq. Nestor Lenarduzzi, Ms. Arq. Lisandro Sovrano, and Arq. Juan Martin Evequoz (founding partner until 2019).
With a focus on residential and retail design and architecture, Farqtory has built a strong reputation for creating innovative and functional spaces for single and collective housing projects.
In 2024, the firm embarked on an internationalization process, welcoming Ms. Arq. Juan Nessier to the leadership team. His expertise and experience have expanded Farqtory's capacity to undertake large-scale projects across the globe.
Today, a team of dedicated and international collaborators led by Nestor, Lisandro, and Juan contributes their extensive knowledge and skills to every project phase. This collaborative approach ensures seamless development, from initial design concepts to visualizations, final documentation, and construction. This multi-disciplinary approach allows us to combine rigorous technical expertise with boundless creativity, pushing the boundaries of architectural design.
As a team we tackle contemporary architectural and urban challenges on a global scale. Our design process is highly collaborative and research-driven, involving clients, stakeholders, and a diverse range of experts from the very beginning. This ensures our projects are not only exemplary but also outspoken, fostering a better future for our cities and landscapes.
