If your qualifications are a perfect match for a project's specific needs, we'll reach out to you to collaborate and you will be considered as a "Farqy."

While we strive to match you with projects that align with your expertise and availability, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If your qualifications are a perfect fit for a project, but you're unable to collaborate at this time, there's no need to worry.

Before formally extending the "Farqy" invitation for the project, we'll always confirm your availability. You'll then have 24 hours to respond and let us know if you can accept the collaboration.

Farqtory values flexibility and empowers our Farqys to manage their schedules effectively. We understand that everyone has different work styles and commitments. As a Farqy, you'll collaborate on specific projects with a designated timeframe. Your FrontArq (lead architect) will provide you with clear mission briefs, deadlines, and access to project resources. This allows you to structure your schedule around these commitments.

While you have the autonomy to manage your time, open communication is crucial. You'll be collaborating with your FrontArq and potentially other Farqys on the project. Team meetings might be necessary to discuss progress, address questions, and foster collaboration. We'll work with you to schedule these meetings at a mutually convenient time whenever possible.

At Farqtory, we believe strong communication is essential for successful collaboration. To ensure our Farqys thrive in our dynamic, global environment, we offer a unique benefit: access to a dedicated English language development program. We encourage all Farqys to participate in at least four virtual English language classes per month. These interactive sessions, led by our experienced FarqyTeacher, focus on practical communication skills relevant to the design field.

At Farqtory, we understand the value of flexibility. That's why we empower our Farqys to work remotely from anywhere in the world. This allows you to structure your schedule and work environment in a way that optimizes your productivity and creativity.

To foster clear and effective communication, we prioritize using your native language whenever possible. This allows you to express your ideas with confidence and clarity. While a project might have a primary language, we view our multilingual environment as a valuable asset. However, the specific nature of some projects and the international makeup of our Farqy teams may necessitate using an alternative language that in most of the cases is english.
